We have always had a very pleasant experience with everyone there - the staff are friendly and always helpful no matter the issue. When there is a problem in the flat, we have never had to wait very long to get a response from the team and have the issue sorted. The routine house visits are always thorough and efficient and the agent who comes is always kind and attentive to any questions or concerns we have (we have met Susan and Darrell, both lovely people!).
