The office really do work as a team so I can’t just say that one person was exemplary as I dealt with most of the people in the office at one stage or another which improves communication as you get a response same day. The whole process was managed from start to finish and they’re just a lovely bunch of people, who most importantly manage the process and don’t just agree a purchase price and then wash their hands of the situation which had unfortunately been my experience trying to buy a couple of properties prior to this one. The whole process start to finish has taken 10 weeks, that’s from viewing the property to completion, with a tenanted property that was being sold vacant possession. Now that is impressive! Just a quick shout out to Charlie my mortgage broker, Darryl, Ben and Joe who are some of the main ones that I dealt with but again I think I spoke to most of the staff in the office at some stage and all were great! Would highly recommend!
