I have been really impressed with Ben Treloar, very professional but also friendly and good humored in his approach, my experience has taught me that I am able to trust his views and judgement, don't get the feeling that he is only interested in securing a tenant for a property like some estate agents who give you the hard sell even when you're both looking at a dump of a property, that sort of attitude betrays a lack of integrity in my view. He is also very helpful in making great suggestions regarding the use of living space, This is now the second time that Ben is helping to secure me a tenancy, there were a few issues with the current property which Ben immediately brought to the attention of the landlord to bring about a swift resolution. Well done Ben! I hope you are appreciated :) Carol
