Good service provided by Natalie, Aidan, Keely and Abbie. Although the property was clearly valued incorrectly in the beginning, once we got to the right price, our sale process was good. The staff went out of their way to continually chase up solicitors, that were taking a disproportionate amount of time to progress their clients purchase, especially given no chain either side. Our house took a long time to sell, but mainly due to its uniqueness and size for a property in the Kirkby area and the current housing market, despite being immaculate and in a very good location. But the staff did all they could to get viewings. Despite only having relatively few viewings, Your Move actually got us an offer of the asking price from a buyer before they had even viewed! Overall we are pleased with the service, the estate agent - Natalie, and latterly Aidan, in particular. We would recommend, and given we used 3 other agents over the year it took us to sell, go as far as to say Your Move are the best estate agents in the area. At the beginning everything was very efficient! Angie (branch manager) came around and did a valuation for us which we were more than happy with, she went into great detail and explained everything really well. Our house was up on the market within a week. After the house went on the market we received calls to arrange viewings which we didn’t mind doing which was fab. We were passed from pillow to post a little bit throughout the process which sometimes caused confusion. The reason for dropping one star is communication. I had to email Angie at one point because we weren’t being given updates and it’s nice to know where you are at and where you stand as the process moves along. After this we mainly dealt with Natalie who was fantastic, she kept us informed and always replied when we needed her. Overall a great experience albeit stressful at times with the lack of communication. Thank you Angie and Natalie! We are now in our new property and getting settled. I wouldn’t hesitate to use your move Kirkby again!
