We purchased a property through Your move Leicester in April 2026. Abi Laney guided us through the process from viewing the property to completion. She was knowledgeable and informative and built a good rapport with both the vendor and ourselves. Due to being in a chain and other complications it wasn't a straightforward purchase. However, Abi kept us informed and worked extremely hard to push the sale forward. Excellent communication skills on her part made the whole process smoother. If ever she wasn't available, she would ensure someone else was and she even went the extra mile to email/ call me to let me know the name of the person acting in her absence. I don't think I appreciated the full extent of 'behind the scenes' conversations that happen when a house purchase is agreed as so many organisations are involved. Abi was fantastic throughout and I'm glad she was part of our journey. Thank you for all you and your team have achieved on our behalf.
