We moved house a week ago. Charlotte, Jo and Francesca (Frankie) were always attentive to our needs and either proactively kept us informed or reacted speedily and sensitively to our needs. We've not moved house many times in our 52 years together and when we have we've 'home exchanged' so we were naive to an extent to the ways of selling on the market. We bought a new build so that side of it was ok but the Your Move team's expertise for us was particularly in the selling environs. I think it appropriate to compliment Charlotte for 'finding' our buyers in the first place who were a perfect fit in terms of price, our location and importantly personality. We are most impressed with Charlotte Walker and her team members Jo and Francesca. Many thanks to you all.
