We recently sold our house in Longfield through this very convenient branch. It was a probate sale and the house had been in the family since new. Charlotte and the team were very supportive at what was a difficult time. Charlotte in particular was a great help throughout the process which had many ups and downs, especially with conveyancers. She kept us informed about what was happening throughout the sale. We think it is great that she has been promoted to branch manager as she more than deserves it. We have recently sold our property through Your Move, Longfield. The service we received from both Lee and Charlotte was impeccable. We were recommended company’s through them to do the building survey, which we didn’t use, and solicitors we did use. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process, and still received weekly phone calls even if there were no updates, which helped put our minds at ease. Charlotte is very hands on and her opinions on properties we were viewing to purchase helped us enormously in making the right choice. In our opinion, the service and honesty they provided makes them the best option for estate agents in the Longfield area and we would highly recommend.
