I would like to express my thanks to the team at Your Move regarding a property that I have recently had an offer accepted on. Cloe in particular has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Her email responses were always friendly and prompt and she was able to explain any information I was struggling with in a way I could understand. She also went above and beyond in finding answers to any questions I had regarding the property and provided a video tour of the property for my own future reference. I would also like to thank Jake for showing us around the property for a second time and for the polite and friendly way that he's handled my calls to the branch. Throughout all my dealings with the branch I have felt well supported in understanding the whole purchase process and have received a friendly response from all staff involved.
