I highly recommend Your Move now having used them twice. Sam at the Margate branch wasexcellent as always. Great communication and always on hand for any queries. Kept me updated and sold my flat within 6-weeks! I also loved that she would bring people to view my property if they were looking at others in the area.

I had a very positive experience selling my property through Your Move in Margate and would happily recommend the team. Sam impressed me from the outset with her excellent local knowledge when she visited to value the property. She was always friendly and very responsive on WhatsApp, which was my preferred way to communicate. The property was on the market for around six months, and my only slight frustration was that reducing the asking price often seemed to be the main suggestion for generating more interest. I would have liked to see greater use of social media or other marketing approaches, although I appreciate that serious buyers generally have property alerts set up and that additional marketing may not always be cost-effective. The property ultimately sold for 6.7% lower than the original listing, which I was pleased with. Terry later took over the management of the sale and was also knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. It was a particularly nice touch that he made the effort to meet me in person before completion, as we had previously only spoken by telephone. Once I had accepted an offer, Hannah, the sales progressor, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me fully informed, ensured that the solicitors on both sides were held accountable and worked hard to keep everything moving. I was especially impressed by her ability to draw upon contacts across her network when my solicitors were not responding to emails. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and I would confidently use Your Move Margate again in the future.

“I cannot recommend Steve at Your Move Margate highly enough! His expert market knowledge and exceptional customer service made all the difference. Highly professional, and always one step ahead. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you.
