I can’t recommend Your Move highly enough, especially Phil Cantell, who was brilliant throughout the sale of my shared ownership flat. Shared ownership sales can be complex, and in this instance there was no EWS1 form available for a long period, which made things more complicated. However, Phil was incredibly persistent and proactive from start to finish. He kept communication flowing, and followed up with all parties involved. His knowledge, determination, and professionalism really made the difference.
