Don’t often leave reviews but had to for the team at New Cross because we have only wonderful things to say about them! Phil and Richard went above and beyond for us in supporting us to buy our first home. It was a challenging purchase (because of the type of property it was) but Phil and Richard were both extremely supportive, responsive and reassuring the whole way through. The purchase took 7 months in the end because of delays beyond their control, and they kept consistently supporting and advocating for us the whole way through. Amazing work - we would give them 6 stars we would! :)
