We are happily moved into our new home and very grateful to Will and Samantha from your move. After viewing one property with Will he then let us view another nearby property even before it went on the market. After recognising we were excited by this second property, which had already had some interest in it, he was able to arrange for us to have a second viewing the next day and supported us through the process as first time buyers. We were very pleased to then secure it and Will’s help in arranging visits to allow family to see the house was incredible. The process took longer than we hoped, though this was not the fault of the estate agents. As we got close Samantha was reassuring and helpful in getting the exchange and completion date over the line.
