I used YourMove Northumberland Heath to sell my property. Derek went above and beyond from the beginning and was incredibly professional from the first meeting. I genuinely could not recommend them more. My property was marketed to the highest standard, with fantastic photos, Derek asked for my opinion and made sure that I was happy with everything before posting on Rightmove. He also worked outside of his normal working hours to make sure that we got the best photographs possible. Derek then also literally sold the property for us, there is not a doubt in my mind that he was the person who sold the property to our buyer as her English was limited and he was able to speak to her in Cantonese. The buyers solicitors were then incredibly difficult (never use Gilson Grey Solicitors) and Derek went above and beyond in order to make the sale go through, acting on behalf of the buyer and myself. He impressed me from our first meeting, well above the other larger estate agents from the area who came round to give valuations and quotes and were frankly a little bit over confident.
