I found Matt very helpful, Matt would call me for a weekly update on the progress of the sale, and if he needed to chase up the buyers he would always get back to me in a timely manner. Nathan originally came to do the valuation. He was friendly and informative and provided detailed information regarding the sale process and suggested asking price which led to Your move being approved by the family. Matt assumed main responsibility for pursuing the actual sale. Updates were provided at least on a weekly basis and suggested reviewing of the property valuation based on interest. Once a buyer was found Matt then took a proactive approach to ensure the sale went through as soon as possible despite some problems near to the completion date where he liaised with both sets of solicitors and kept me informed without the need for me to request further information. Thank you
