I cannot recommend Sam and the team at Your Move Oswestry highly enough. Sam has been dealing with the sale of my son Ollie's property since March 2025, and what should have been a straightforward sale turned into an incredibly complicated and stressful process. He found a buyer within just a few weeks, but unfortunately numerous legal issues then came to light between the solicitors and the developers who originally built the property. It transpired that contracts hadn't been dealt with correctly when my son purchased the house a few years ago, and there were also errors with the deeds and Land Registry documentation. Despite what must have been one of the longest and most challenging sales they've ever handled, Sam somehow managed to keep the buyer on board for around 15 months from the original offer. That in itself is an incredible achievement. Throughout the entire process, Sam went above and beyond. He kept the buyer regularly updated, was constantly chasing solicitors, liaising with the developers and doing everything he possibly could to help resolve the endless issues. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he never gave up, even when it must have felt like there was no end in sight. A huge thank you also to Steve, who supported both my son and me throughout the process. Between them, they provided reassurance, guidance and determination every step of the way. Thankfully, the sale has now finally completed, and we couldn't be more grateful. It has been an incredibly stressful experience for everyone involved, but without Sam's persistence, professionalism and sheer determination, I honestly don't think it would have reached the finish line.
