Milo has been nothing short of a revelation, he has made this entire experience an absolute breeze. Polite, courteous and well spoken, he has explained everything in such a succinct and punctual manner, ensuring that my move has been pleasant and as stress free as possible. When booking a viewing, he was on time, took me for a full, thorough tour and was knowledgeable about both the building itself and the local area. He really helped sell the place to me! He was transparent about any work that need doing and wouldnt shy away from any difficult conversations or questions.
