The communications were great, and I really felt like they cared about me, my purchase and their service reflected that from the very first enquiry. They supported with coordination across the parties and also did a great job of helping me to understand and prevent potential delays, and there were a number of tricky issues to resolve with the house that I was buying! I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future.
