We have been renting our flat through Your Move Torquay for 11 years and have always had a very positive experience with them. We have never had any problems, and the whole team has always been friendly, helpful and professional. Whenever we have an issue with the flat, they respond very quickly and arrange for it to be sorted. For example, our night storage heater occasionally stops working, and whenever we call, they arrange for an electrician to come out, often on the same day, to fix it. Jeremy is always very friendly, approachable and helpful, and we really appreciate how quickly the team responds whenever we need assistance. After 11 years, we are very happy with the service we have received from Your Move Torquay and would definitely recommend them.
