I honestly cannot express how utterly amazing Lauren has been throughout our house selling journey. After being with a couple of other estate agents beforehand and getting nowhere, feeling like we were going round in circles, we reached out to Lauren and everything changed. The communication was outstanding and she was so informative throughout, as well as being completely transparent and honest which we appreciate and value so much. As soon as we moved over to her, there was constant viewings on the house within such a short space of time, we were so amazed and impressed. She then secured a sale at a price that was beyond our expectations, literally within the first month. Since then, she has been staying in touch with updates of the progress and has kept the phenomenal communication right up until the end. We viewed a rental property through Your Move, and have now started renting it too. It was great working with Adam and Amy to find the perfect home. They have been very quick at responding, and very informative. We were always informed about what was going on, and what the next steps would be.
