They were always chasing solicitors, estate agents and everyone else involved, ensuring nothing was left sitting without follow-up. Their persistence, dedication and proactive approach made a huge difference and kept the process progressing when it could easily have stalled. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded promptly to our questions and were always supportive and reassuring during what can be a very stressful experience.
