It has been a prolonged process in finally selling what was an investment property. However, Ian has been responsive and supportive in trying to progress matters all the way along. He has been accommodating and solution focussed in dealing with any issues that have arisen. He has listened to any concerns I have had and been able to expedite matters between the buyer, their solicitors and myself which has been hugely helpful to achieve planned completion.
