! Excellent Service from Your Move Watford I had an absolutely excellent experience with Your Move Watford. After being in a long-term rental for many years, I had very little experience with estate agencies and had unfortunately experienced some poor customer service in the past. Your Move was completely different. The manager was incredibly positive, enthusiastic and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, found three suitable properties and arranged the viewings back-to-back. Everything was organised and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Elise, who was fantastic. She was warm, welcoming and genuinely excited for me and my new adventure. As I’m not local to Watford, she went out of her way to give me helpful information about the area and made me feel comfortable about relocating. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Your Move has been polite, professional and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to experience this level of care and customer service these days. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written for a company, but I felt they truly deserved it. A huge thank you to Elise, the manager and the whole team. I never had a problem from start to finish Azra was so helpful printing out documents and chasing people up for us Scott also very helpful always available which I think makes a difference .we would certainly consider using this company again

I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects. Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment. Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.
