Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. I’ve been dealing with Azra at Your Move in Watford while buying my property and she’s been great throughout. She’s helped with all the paperwork, sorted viewings and just made the whole process a lot easier – nothing’s been too much trouble. When she’s been away, Cara has stepped in and helped out as well, especially with uploading documents and keeping things moving. Really happy with the service overall and would definitely recommend them.
