She updated us everything time to time and co-operate with us very well even our mortgage offer letter came very late but they waited very patiently. Called the Wednesfield office and spoke to Josh for some advice on renting out a house. He was very helpful and advised me of what I needed to do before marketing. He booked a valuation for Martin to value my house and he came and put the property on the market the same day. Got viewings within 24 hours and they let it after 48 hours.
