All the team at west denton - Louise,Ashley, Shannon, Terri & Libby. Especially Ashley, Every time I rang they was never time where someone wouldn't answer. If Ashley was not in someone else would take a message, and I would get a call back from Ashley Or email Almost straight away. Ashely would be especially good at answering the phone and emailing me back sometimes within minutes, With time sensitive queries. Which really did take the pressure off as well though moving house could be extremely stressful. Ashely was very Professional but very Cheery, Bright and positive, Which makes the whole house move a much better experience! Even after I got the keys, I still had some queries which were answered. I have just moved into my new home and could not be happier with the service I received from Your move, Libby was extremely helpful, always kept in contact with me, answered my questions really quickly. Every team member I spoke to was very helpful and friendly always passed my messages on. I never had to contact them more than once when I had questions which was excellent. I had to take my dog with me one day and the girls were great with her. All the team are a great asset to the company and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
