Our first time dealing with Your Move has been excellent. All staff have been very friendly and helpful throughout our rental journey. A little wobble in the middle where I think someone was on holiday and we were left wondering what the next steps were, if our references had been approved etc., but all was well in the end. Special shoutout to Maddie M for sorting out an issue, once we'd moved in, with items left behind, which was sorted without issue within a matter of hours of me emailing. I hope the rest of our rental journey with them is as good.
