My offer was accepted on 4 June, and as a first-time buyer with a gifted deposit, I expected the process to be stressful. However, the team made everything much easier. They kept me updated, responded promptly to enquiries, and even helped chase the seller's solicitors towards the final stages of completion when delays could have held things up. I'd also like to mention Lee Wood, the Valuation Manager, who was very helpful and approachable throughout. I also chose to use Your Move's recommended solicitors, Willsons Solicitors in Nuneaton, Coventry, and they were outstanding. Their communication was excellent; they kept everything moving efficiently, and the whole legal process was handled professionally from start to finish. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
