I used the YourMove Whickham branch several times for letting my property, as well as for purchasing my first home. The customer service is unbeatable, especially when compared to other letting agents in the area. Every member of staff I've worked with has been fantastic. Incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and always putting in the extra work for all parties - sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. There is never a delay with responding to queries and they're always going above and beyond what is expected and required to ensure a good experience and get stuff done efficiently. Can't recommend enough if you're looking for a letting agent in Whickham or nearby.
