I went to the Your Move Whitehaven branch and the service I received there was truly exceptional. The agent showing me around the property was Hilary, and she was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable about the property and was extremely keen to answer my questions and it’s the best service at a viewing I had ever received. She had 8 other viewings for the same property back to back that day and still provided an excellent viewing and service for me overall and was extremely kind to me and I really appreciate having her for my viewing, she did a fantastic job. She also provided excellent advice in the next steps forward. The property was amazing, and I went to the office afterwards to fill out an application, and this was with one of the agents named Stacey. Stacey was incredibly kind and went through the application details with me. She was extremely professional, she helped me fill out the application and offered support in doing this, provided details on the next steps forward, and the entire time I was there she was so kind to me and provided such a lovely service to me and the way I was treated as a client was fantastic and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have received such exceptional service from Stacey. She also followed up my application with a phone call, and again she was very kind, very professional and extremely helpful and provided an excellent service and I am extremely happy and grateful for Stacey, the service I received was the hilight of my trip and I really want to thank Stacey and Hilary for everything they have done for me and all the hard work, effort and professionalism they put into their job, it really makes the company and the service I received exceptional.

Great service. My property was up for rent and had a great response. Found a tenant in a matter of weeks. Stacey and Joanne did an excellent job and kept me informed of anything I would usually miss.

Your Move has been amazing through the whole time kept me up to date with the situation and didn’t hide anything from me. Couldn’t have asked for a smother moving in process and couldn’t be happier with their service. 5/5 can’t complain about anything. Thank you very much to everyone there.
