Sat on the sofa with my post move pizza and need to give a big thanks to the Yourmove team! And a big emphasis on “Team”, each time I called the office and spoke to Ella, Susan, Julie, Tracey, Tom or Helen, they knew what was going on with my case. And if they didn’t , they were incredibly proactive in getting the information to put our minds to rest or move the process forwards. Would I use them again? 100%, you get a first class service. There are parts of the house move process that can be stressful, but none of those were ever caused by the Yourmove team. Thank you all for helping up make the next step in our life.

We had such a lovely experience with Julie at Whitley bay. She was very informative and so friendly which helped us massively with buying our first home, she truly made the experience a lot smoother & nicer for us. Amazing communication throughout and seemed genuinely happy for us with our purchase. We were frequently updated and often had calls to check how things were going. I also spoke to Tom a few times on the phone and he was very helpful! Nothing was a bother and was always quick to get back to me. Thank you so much 😊
