Dalgety Bay was recently named one of the best coastal towns to live in Scotland (Dunfermline Press) coming in the top 10 Seaside Towns. The name Dalgety Bay applies to both an actual inlet bay on the coast and the town, which has developed to the west and northwest of the bay.
