Your Move produces a Buy to Let Index on a regular basis which analyses approximately 20,000 rental properties and tenancies in England and Wales. Created and reviewed in partnership with the Centre for Economics and Business Research – Cebr – it provides an interesting insight in to rents, arrears and yields across the UK (and their movement over time) with regional figures also included.
