I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to review the Hamilton office, managed by Irene Logan. The team really make you feel that your custom is valued. In my case they went above and beyond what I expected. Always courteous and professional with great communication when they needed to let me know of any developments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office if you are selling a property.

Stephen from Your Move was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciated his patience and guidance every step of the way. Highly recommended!

The Radcliffe branch handled the sale of our house in a professional and efficient manner. Guy Storey was particularly helpful. My only gripe is their use of Credas for identity checks. The Credas application is unreliable and not fit for purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions about selling your house with Your Move
If you book to have a valuation with Your Move, it's completely free of charge with no-obligation to sell with us.
The only thing you pay for upfront if you instruct us to sell your home is an optional Professional Marketing Package that includes floorplans, photography, 360 Virtual Viewings, and targeted Facebook advertising. The Agency Fee we charge is based on a number of factors. We offer either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when you when you have a valuation on your home.
For customers not wanting to pay any fee, you can opt to sell via the Modern Method of Auction, where the buyer pays the fees, so you can sell your home at 0% commission. There is only a small fee for an EPC (if required) and Auction Pack when your home is sold.
A representative from Your Move will be available to conduct the viewings or you can conduct them yourself. If you are having accompanied viewings you have the option to be present yourself, or you could go out.
Viewings can take place at anytime of the day, but most are during evenings and weekends. If you live at the home, no viewing will ever take place without being confirmed with you first.
This varies hugely on the type of property, the local area, your asking price, your agreed marketing strategy, etc. Your local Your Move branch will be able to give you an educated idea of the time it will take to sell when you have a free valuation of your property.
Yes we offer 360° Virtual Viewing*. 360° Virtual Viewing is an interactive online platform that uses video and voice, allowing us to show potential buyers around your home without the need for you, us or them to physically be there. The platform is provided by Focal Agent Smart Viewing.
*Not available on all properties. Fee applies.
Using an online valuation tool is a quick and easy way to find out an estimated value of your property. It will never be as accurate as getting an agent to visit the property, who has expert knowledge of that area, but is good step to finding out what your house could be sold for.
As the online valuation tool only gives you an estimated value, if you are serious about selling or renting out your property, it would be worth booking an appointment with an agent. An agent with property expertise and knowledge of the area will give you a better estimated value.
You can also look at sold house prices in your area, which will give you an idea of what other properties nearby have sold for.
