We will collect and process the personal information that we need to run our competition. The personal information that we will collect includes: the name of the children who apply and where applicable their parent’s / guardian’s name, email address and phone number.

Your data will be used for the purposes of managing and administering the competition, including notifying you or your child if you are a winner.

The data we collect is; Forename, Surname, Team Name, Email address

The legal basis upon which we process with your information

We use a range of legal bases to process your personal data including:

  • Necessary for the performance of a contract – the processing is necessary for the purpose of managing and administering the competition.
  • Legitimate interests – the processing is necessary to allow us to administer the competition, to ensure that the competition is run fairly and to contact the competition winners.

How long will retain your information?

We will keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of administering the competition.

Safeguarding and retention

In order to safeguard your child’s data we only collect the minimum amount necessary to enter them into the Competition, to judge their entry and to contact them if they are a winner.

We implement extensive information security measures to safeguard the information that we hold.

As a data subject you have the right to:

  • access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
  • require us to change incorrect or incomplete data;
  • require us to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
