We were very happy with the service received, from the initial contact with the Whitley Bay office. Tracey was knowlabable and pleasant when she visited our parents house for valuation and we decided to go ahead straight away. Ethan and Dylan were also helpful and patient when I had any queries or when they called with updates. Susan Usher was excellent at informing us regularly regarding buyer status and her expertise was relevant and helpful throughout the whole process. We were also happy with the service provided by Homefast Conveyancing and Gordon Brown Law who were professional and efficient. I don't know all of the staff by name at the Right Move Whitley Bay branch office but when I did visit everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Right Move Thank You all.

Even when my first buyer withdrew his offer after 16 weeks, Natalie was proactive in her marketing strategy and finding another buyer. She literally held my hand from the beginning to the end.
