I have recently moved into 20 The Portlands in Eastbourne. I wanted to take this time to write to you to let you know about the service I received from your Eastbourne branch, in particular Lily Colville.
Over the years I have rented through various Agencies, and never ever in all my years have I come across such a positive and professional agency. It did not matter who I spoke to, they were always professional, polite and happy to help, this is certainly not something I have come across with other Agents.
In the past my experience has been riddled with "paperwork errors", "I'm a very important person attitude", or "I would but....."! I experienced non of this with Lily, everything she said she would do, she did, and she was fast, efficient and professional. When I had issues with the email system for checks, she sorted it, when I wanted to see the property again, she was all about the "yes", and at my convenience, and how ever many emails I sent her with various queries, I never had to chase her for an answer!! She made the whole journey a pleasure and I cannot praise her enough.
To be honest I was going to cancel my appointment with Lily on the first day, I had had 5 viewings with 3 Agencies that day, and I was tired and fed up, I knew that I was being pushed to make decisions with threats of "this will go very quickly", yet I was looking at a properties that were either at the top end of my budget and would require some thinking, or I wouldn't have left a dead rat in them!
When you have the formula so right, it shows. You have amazing staff and I would gladly recommend your Agency.
