He helped us with our first mortgage when we were young and didnt understand anything, to our mortgage again on our third house 7 years on. This mortgage was probably the most chaotic as I left it so last minute and with some kind of miracle and Darren going above and beyond, he managed to turn it around in record time so we could be in with our 3 small children in time for Christmas. If he hadn't then we would have been stuffed as the rest of the chain needed to move pre-christmas. He's very helpful, always explains it well and talks you through it all and is so patient (expecially as I'm usually a chaotic world-wind). Hes always in popular demand and i can see why, but always manages to squeeze us in. Thank you so much for always making it so straight forward for us !
