Two factor authentication (2FA), also known as two step verification, helps to improve the security of your My Move account.

How it works

2FA works by sending a code to you, via email, every time you try to log into your My Move account. The code will be 5 digits long and expire 10 minutes after it's sent. 

Why is it on every account log-in?

By having 2FA mandatory on your account we are protecting you, and your data, by making it harder for someone else to access your account.
