We had a fantastic experience with Your Move Canterbury. Remee was our main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant—she went above and beyond to move things around and make sure everything went smoothly with our move-in. Jennie, the Lettings manager, was equally amazing. She kindly stayed nearly an hour after closing time so that we could collect our keys, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a real example of outstanding customer service. Both of them made what could have been a stressful process so much easier, and we’re truly grateful. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the support from the team at Your Move Canterbury. In the first instance Suzanne gave us every confidence the job of selling our property would get done. Our first meeting was spot on time and Suzanne was so positive and straightforward. In our circumstances we chose to sell by the modern method of auction. All of our questions on the written information were answered at the office or by phone or email, and we simply "pushed the button" when we were clear and had everything ready. A couple of hiccups in the process: the EPC surveyor was delayed which was a bit frustrating; and the notification of sale wasn't confirmed immediately after the sale was agreed which could have delayed completion if the buyer hadn't been so keen. These things weren't directly down to the Your Move team, although the services were organised through them. Our experience was excellent and suited our situation perfectly. We're extremely grateful for the support received from Suzanne, Kyle and Wendy and wish them continuing success in the future.
