I said that I would write this well-deserved review a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it has been something that I have not gotten around to. For this, I am sincerely sorry.

The lettings team in Canterbury are simply fantastic. Words cannot express just how good they are.

Both front office - with a special mention to Gemma in particular, who I understand has left for pastures new (Such a loss for Your Move Canterbury)- and back office with a special mention to Ceri who knows everything to do with letting properties.

I wanted to pay special attention to Ceri as I have no doubt that she will be the one in the office that most people just don’t see (and therefore do not appreciate) and sits in the back, toiling away getting everything sorted out and making sure all the legalities are covered.

I can imagine that most would not understand everything she does to make sure her Landlords, Tenants (who are the MOST important to her Landlords and Tenants) and, her company (who are the MOST important to her company) are completely compliant and happy with the service. She is a true asset to Your Move and as with most national companies, is likely not paid enough for what she does and the way she always goes above and beyond her duties.

She is always such a pleasure to deal with and is one of the very few people in this world that can, with ease, balance absolute professionalism with a great (and very clever) wit with the added bonus of a genuinely warm smile, which she always seems to have.

Canterbury Your Move Lettings have my heartfelt thanks but although they are a great team, it was Gemma and Ceri that made it a fantastic team. Now the kudos go to everyone there but especially Ceri. An absolute treasure.
