Having spent the previous 6 months plus with another agent, we switched to Your Move in Chester le Street to try to sell our house. We got a great listing set up by James Turner and sat down several times with Julia Williams to go through options, pricing, strategy. Julia was quite open and honest and very early on suggested maybe we go the auction route with our 5 bed 1850 cottage conversion. We did not initially go for it, got several people reeled in who pulled out at the last minute and then asked Julia to progress the auction route. This worked splendidly and we could not be happier. The house is sold and we have moved on to pastures new (USA). Your Move and Auction House worked great together in showing the house prior to auction and finally we got our sale. Thanks.

Nothing was too much trouble Sharon sorted a problem today for me even though my tenancy has came to an end all I can say is she is an absolute credit to the company and I would recommend the Chester Le street branch to anybody looking to buy or rent all I can say is I’ve had an expectional service from them from start to finish

We first thought of selling our home over a year ago. We had your move come out and value. There was no pressure at all and we decided not to sell. We then seen our forever home come on the market I contacted Sharon at your move and they were happy to help. A quick sale and we secured a good price and got the house we were after. Your advice and support has been invaluable from the day James valued the house, to dealing with Julia and Joanne with viewings and John with the weekly updates from after sales. Highly recommended

Without the team at Chester-Le-Street I would not have been happy to sell my house. My house was out on the market within days after checking everything was OK with me. They kept me informed of every viewing and chased the viewers up to get their feedback the very next day. I had an offer in a week which i agreed on and within 10 days the house was up as 'sale agreed'.
When I had problems with solicitors forms all I had to do was walk into the office and they would always be willing to help.
I can't thank the team enough, especially JULIA, the process wouldnt have been so smooth without her help and support.
