It is important to say that although we initially had reservations because Your Move are a nation wide company so felt that your interest to see the sale through might be limited. In actual fact, having since learned that you are a franchise, making you on parr with an independent estate agent, you can tell and it shows. I wouldn't hesitate to use Your Move at Chester-le-Street again. Their service was transparent, clear communication which ensured a smooth and professional experience throughout the sale process, especially as my property wasn't the normal bricks and mortar! The customer service from all staff, especially Julia, was exceptional with an optimistic approach which went above and beyond their call of duty.
