LATEST LOCKDOWN: We’re still open and operating safely
We have carried out a risk assessment to identify the most appropriate ways to keep employees and customers safe. This means, if you want to come into branch, you need to make an appointment, by phone, in advance.
Hello, I’m Sharon and the Branch Manager here at Your Move Chris Stonock Chester-le-Street. First impressions count. That’s why we take a refreshing modern approach to traditional estate agency values.
I have been in the industry close to 20 years, starting out as a part time sales consultant and progressing to manager within the company. For me there is nothing better than registering a first time buyer and helping them on their journey from first finding their dream home to handing over the keys upon completion.
Chester-le-Street has a home for every type of buyer. It offers very good houses in a well-respected area within an established commuter belt. Our team has expert knowledge of the local property market and the vendor is always at the heart of what we do.
Chester-le-Street is a market town in County Durham steeped in history dating back to 100 A.D. The Roman fort Concangis was occupied until the Romans left Britain in 410 A.D. A group of monks driven out of Lindisfarne then built a church in honour of the late St Cuthbert who was buried there and in time it became the seat of the Bishop of Lindisfarne. Today the church possesses one of the best preserved anchorages in the country.
