John Lee - the proverbial knight rode in… Selling with YourMove was at risk when previous staff moved on and it went quiet. Not for long! John ushered things smoothly to an excellent conclusion, going above and beyond to ensure completion went without a hitch, including out of hours visits to obtain wet signatures as I recovered from surgery. Although an extremely belated review, certainly not a forgotten one! I would like to personally thank Kylam and George of Your Move Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead. From my initial enquiry, right through to a successful purchase in the most timely manner, Kylam and George were exceptional in their customer service. They were professional, affable and responded to any queries and correspondence efficiently and comprehensively. As a FTB myself, they kept me fully updated throughout and explained each stage of the process fully. Buying a property is stressful enough but Kylam and George did amazing work in the background, reducing the stress and mental overload on me as much as possible. They were proactive in their efforts to ensure both parties were happy in the outcomes and timescales. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Your Move to others and in particular Kylam and George.
