Our team are responsible for supporting customers in the Hemel Hempstead area, including the main town, as well as Boxmoor, Aspley, Cornerhall, Adeyfield, Highfield, Chaulden, Gadebridge, Warners End, Woodhalll Farm and Grovehill districts. Further afield, we also serve the very pretty villages just outside Hemel Hempstead, such as Bovingdon, Eddlesborough, Dagnall, the neighbouring market town of Berkhamstead as well as the St Albans area, including the postcode areas of AL1, AL2 and AL3. 

We’re led by Senior Branch Manager, Shaz Ahmed, who has more than 22 years’ experience of the market and, being local to the area (both living and working here), is proud to have personally, and successfully, handled the sale and completion of over one thousand properties in the area.

Shaz is joined by our Senior Sales Negotiator, Sarah Brown, as well as Lettings Manager, Stefano Tolaini, who, with more than 20 years’ lettings experience, heads the lettings team. This also includes our Lettings Negotiator, Tayla Barber.
