Keaton and Connie were a great help with getting my mum into new accommodation, after she had a medical emergency and a bereavement. We needed to visit the property we wanted to buy, numerous times, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Keaton was always at the end of the phone or email, to answer questions etc. overall experience was very good

Whilst I did not buy a property through them I was very impressed by Connie and Keaton in the branch, they have a fantastic attitude, are friendly and approachable and will do whatever they can to help you sell your property or find the correct one. I would have much preferred to have dealt with agents like Connie and Keaton for my purchase as opposed to who I had to unfortunately. Keaton was always proactive in phoning me or emailing me new properties which other agents wouldn’t and Connie has excellent telephone manner and is quick to reply and look to come up with solutions if a problem may arise. I’m sure they both have very successful careers in estate agency ahead of them.
