Super friendly and efficient staff; David, Rachael, Leighanne and Rachel. Very helpful and whole process to date has been very smooth. What a fantastic team! Great efficiency and customer service! We recently bought a property and sold the home we were moving from with Your Move Houghton Le Spring branch. The team at Houghton Le Spring led by Rachael Moore and David Gordon were nothing but fantastic in terms of their customer service, efficiency and professionalism. David came and took some wonderful pictures of our house and the next day the house was on that market and sold for the asking price in a day! You cant beat that! During the selling period of our house we had to be away on holiday but had an EHPC engineer appointment and Rachael made sure we had nothing to worry about. We dropped our keys with her, she attended the EHPC appointment for us, secured our house and kept our keys safely till our return from holiday! All communication for both the buying and selling processes was smooth and we were updated of progress regularly. I recommend them 11/10 and will use them again and will recommend them to anyone!
