I've been dealing with the Houghton branch and Rachel, Rachael and Leighanne have all been great. It's not the most straightforward purchase as we're relocating from West Yorkshire for my job so viewings had to be arranged at short notice as and when we found properties of interest and could travel up. I popped into the branch to discuss what we were looking for and they were all so friendly and helpful, and that has been the case all way through to us now having an offer accepted. Thoroughly recommend!
