We had the pleasure of meeting Elliott on what can only be described as a dreadful day of torrential rain, strong winds, and miserable weather. Despite the conditions, Elliott remained professional, positive, and incredibly helpful throughout. The properties we viewed were brand new, and although he had not previously shown them himself, he had taken the time to familiarise himself with everything available. He kept us fully informed, answered all of our questions honestly, and showed us every suitable option without making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his polite and friendly manner. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right home. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I must also apologise for repeatedly calling him "Ryan" throughout the viewing! To his credit, he took it all in good humour, laughed it off, and never made me feel embarrassed. It says a lot about his character and professionalism. Elliott is a real credit to the company and an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Thanks to his help, we have now secured our new home and will be moving in on 17th July. We wish Elliott every success in his future career.
