I’ve had such a positive experience with Your Move Broadstairs/ Ramsgate. I moved into my rented property just over a week ago. From the very first viewing with Callum, I felt completely at ease — he was friendly, welcoming, and created a great first impression of the branch. Throughout the whole process, Gemma (The lettings manager) has been an absolute star. She’s been professional, caring, and incredibly efficient, it’s rare to find people who are not only great at what they do, but who are also kind, caring and approachable. Gemma always kept me informed and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Gemma has made the whole process feel easier and stress-free. There were a couple of teething problems that were dealt with brilliantly, 1 Hot water issue – Callum dealt with that expediently, and I could hear the smile on his face over the phone, once he pulled off a difficult weekend fix. He was genuinely happy that he’d helped me. 2 The day before the move – the washing machine that was at the property needed removing, as I discovered it wasn’t working. I had my own machine to bring with me, so Gemma was up against the clock, and had it sorted the same day. Gemma genuinely goes above and beyond, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I couldn’t recommend the team at Your Move Broadstairs/Ramsgate highly enough! I shall pop back on here and update on my experience over time. All the best with your move!

We had a very awkward and difficult buyer for our house, almost to the point of being obstructive. The guys here did a fantastic job in completing the sale. Jamie, bless him, dealt with an awful lot of problems from our buyer, but went way above and beyond the service I would expect from an estate agent. His tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills are second to none. Their fees are also very reasonable indeed. If I ever need to sell another property, I won't even bother looking at other agents, I would go straight to Your Move. Absolutely 1st class service!!!
