We viewed a property with Jamie Witney back in February and he offered to show us another one without it being booked in as it was around the corner. We were tight on time and actually declined but he had to go there anyway to pick up the keys and encouraged us just to look at it- as soon as we stepped into the property, we knew instantly that it was going to be ours! He gave us as much information as we asked for, and as first time buyers, it was a lot. We put an offer in and it was accepted within a few days and now, in late July, we picked up the keys and were in! It wasn’t a smooth ride at all due to our initial mortgage advisor and our terrible conveyancer but he was on hand any time to help things progress and was happy to make any calls on our behalf! Our only poor experience was actually with Embrace Financial Services but even with that, Jamie was supportive with his advice. Really so happy, thank you for helping us get our first home. If it wasn’t for you, we’d be somewhere completely different!
