Your Move’s Area Sales Progression Manager, Sam Morse has just brought about the successful completion of the sale of a leasehold flat in a retirement complex (limited potential purchasers) in Southsea. Her work was thorough and constant. Not the easiest transaction and she worked it through. — Before Sam became involved there was some difficulty. The flat was correctly valued but information concerning the speed with which the transaction could take place was either not fully understood by Your Move from the outset or, if circumstances changed, these were not correctly communicated to me. Overall, with Sam’s success, I’m very pleased. Thanks Sam.
