Your Move Walkden consistently maintain an excellent standard of service. They are always on the front foot with everything to do with letting a property and their proactive approach is in stark contrast to other letting agents I have used. There is constant dialogue throughout every part of each process from letting a property to maintenance issues. Also their are lots of little gems of added value like their welcome letter that details expected life expectancies of decoration, appliances and carpets. Maintenance issues are dealt with brilliantly - most I have had have been dealt with by a few clicks of the mouse thanks to their semi-automated process. Highly recommended.
