I’ve had a wonderful experience with the agents here—everyone I met has been incredibly helpful and kind. Gail, in particular, was amazing, guiding me through the entire renting process with patience and expertise, especially as someone new to UK housing policies. Though it’s not directly related to the agency, I also want to highlight how welcoming and friendly my landlord and neighbours have been, making me feel right at home in this community. The only small area for improvement would be the maintenance/repair service. Generally, they’re able to schedule and complete repairs within 1-3 weeks, but there was one instance of a leak that took four months to fully resolve.
