Excellent experience with Your Move, especially Jessica and Sarah. After a bad experience with a previous estate agent who did not deliver on their promises, the difference here was huge. From the start, it felt like I was in good hands. Sarah was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Communication from both Sarah and Jessica was incredible throughout the whole process. They always kept me updated, explained what was happening, and were always available if I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter what I asked for, they were always happy to help. Sarah even offered to regularly check on my empty flat to make sure everything was OK, which really showed how much they cared. Without doubt the best estate agency I have dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.
