When I applied I got a phone call the same day of Jessica shorter and she was so helpful and understanding, she really helped with the next steps I needed to take she was brilliant. Secondly during the signing of my tenancy and at this time Jessica was not in so I was talking to Chloe and I met her in person and she was very helpful in guiding me with what I needed.
