We decided to go with Sarah and her team due to her friendly and transparent approach during the first meeting and she did not let us down, with offers coming in within the first week. Sarah and her team provided regular updates and went above and beyond to keep everything on track — even when unexpected delays and challenges cropped up outside of their control. From the start, Sarah genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. She was available for an email or call at any time in the day and I know she was the same for the Buyer on the other side, providing reassurance across the board.
