SARAH THOMAS the Manager of the WALLSEND branch of YOUR MOVE Estate Agents puts all other estate agents to shame !!! Without her I would have been unable to sell my late Mother’s house. I had tried other agents but they were totally incompetent and unprofessional - no wonder they have bad reputations. SARAH helped me every step of the way through a very difficult time. She went above and beyond what she was basically obliged to do and kept me fully informed of progress at all times, answering the many queries I had, and providing all the information I needed. SARAH is extremely professionally competent, very efficient, very helpful, replies to emails etc immediately and satisfactorily, and is generally as perfect as possible in her profession. SARAH is also very polite and courteous, has excellent communication skills, is very pleasant and cheerful, with a lovely personality and sense of humour. SARAH also treats her clients as if they were personal friends and puts all her effort into providing the high standard of service a personal friend would deserve. I can certainly recommend SARAH and her staff, and can praise her performance and ability to the maximum possible extent. I would certainly have her working for me if that were possible and hope that she receives the recognition she deserves from her Employers, YOUR MOVE. Would fully recommend this company, and in particular the branch in Wallsend. The staff were helpful from the outset. The greatest asset of this team was their excellent communication. We were regularly kept informed of progress, requests for information from 3rd parties were dealt with promptly and everything was dealt with in a friendly, professional manner. The Branch Manager in particular is to be commended for her professionalism.

I went in to the wallsend branch today with my son looking for a short term let, expecting to be turned away like we were from the pervious 6 Estate agents we tried. Instead we left no more than 20 minutes later with a let in the area we wanted, within the price range, and got the keys that day. Sarah could not of been more helpful.
