I honestly can’t recommend Your Move highly enough. When I first decided to sell my property, I made the decision to go multi-listed to get as much coverage as possible. Looking back, the truth is I probably only needed to list with Your Move. From the initial valuation, Chris was brilliant. He was open, honest and direct, and there was none of the usual sales pitch or “dilly dallying” you sometimes get. He clearly knows his stuff, gave me an honest valuation and set realistic expectations from the start. Once the property was listed, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days we had our first offer, and just 24 hours later we had another, which created a bit of healthy competition. You really couldn’t ask for much more than that. But for me, what really stood out was the after-sales service, particularly from June. She was absolutely fantastic throughout. Always polite, kind and incredibly helpful, she kept me updated at every stage of the chain, even when there wasn’t necessarily much to report. That communication made such a difference. There were definitely moments when things became stressful, particularly when dealing with the pressure from the builder merchants, but June was brilliant at helping me keep my cool and navigate everything. She genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt like she was in my corner. And I think the best endorsement I can give Your Move is that this isn't my first experience with them. They've sold my house, my sister's house, and we're currently in the process of selling my late father's flat. Every single one has been sold and progressed to Sold Subject to Contract within a week of being listed. When you can repeatedly deliver results like that, it speaks for itself. If you're looking for an estate agent with the experience, credibility and ability to actually get your property sold quickly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move.
