Branch manager, Alan Woods, was highly professional and gave honest and realistic advice re marketing of the property in a very challenging market. He, Kasia and Anish worked really hard contacting potential buyers. Their efforts secured multiple viewings resulting in six competing offers, which went to sealed bids. Following acceptance of an offer, Alan and Kasia kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. The sale was completed in just under 2 months, which was beyond my expectation.
