We had been looking for quite a while. Never quite found the right forever home, so our home was not on the market, when I found this one. I knew immediately , it could be the one for us. It ticked all the boxes. All I had to do was get mine on the market and sold. Matt at Your move, talked sence without pushing. His advice was sound. My house sold quickly and at the asking price. We discussed our offer, and the best way to go. Matt put the offer in and it was accepted within the day. We are now moving forward, to surveys .

Nervous after a bad experience.
After having a bad experience a couple of years ago,with a large estate agents, we nervously started looking around again for our forever home. I viewed a bit of a wild card with my son and Matt from your move, he left us to look, but was there for any questions that I had. It was immediately obvouse to me that this was just what I wanted. I tried not to look to excited, but I wear my heart on my sleeve and found my self asking Matt to value our house, he came the same day. 2 days later he came to take the photos by Tuesday my house went live on Rightmove. The same day they rang a little apprehensive, “ is it too early for a viewing? At 5.30? By 6pm I had accepted an offer for the full asking price. What a whirlwind 6 days.
Not once did I feel pressured , or afraid to ask questions. The people viewing were vetted and checked before they came. Our offer on our forever home has been accepted and we now waiting for the solicitors, again referred to us by Your move. I have to say thank you, to Matt and his staff, for really knowing what they are doing.
