Provide your Contact Information
We will then ask you for your contact details so we can send you the valuation by email. We will also ask you to let us know why you are requesting the valuation – is it because you want to sell the house, buy the house, or if you’re curious about its value?

Your Valuation Report
You will be given an instant valuation for the property on screen. As this is an estimated value for the property you will be given the option to then book an appointment with the local branch to get a more accurate valuation.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Your Move New Cross enough for helping — or, more accurately, making — the sale of my property happen! Phil and his team worked tirelessly throughout the whole process, going above and beyond with constant, open and honest communication, regular updates, chasing solicitors (probably more than they ever wanted to!), and generally keeping things moving when I’m sure it would have been very easy for them to just leave it to the solicitors. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with the team. I never felt like I was being passed from one person to another, there was always someone who knew what was going on and was happy to help. When choosing an estate agent, I wanted a personal touch rather than feeling like another cog in the wheel, and Phil absolutely delivered on that. He has been fantastic throughout and, without his persistence and hard work, I honestly don’t think the sale would have happened when it did. I’d highly recommend Phil and the team at Your Move New Cross, and im recommending them to everyone!

I had a really positive experience with Sarah and the team throughout my house purchase. Sarah was particularly helpful and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciated when trying to get everything organised during the purchase. Jess and Sarah were also always friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, and I’ve personally had some very poor experiences with estate agents in the past. However, I genuinely didn’t have a single negative experience with Sarah and the team during my purchase. They were friendly, helpful, responsive and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Sarah and Jess for all their help. I’d definitely recommend them.
